The Westin, three-bedroom villa has 2 1/2 baths, and occupies two floors, sleeps 8. This beautiful condominium has about 2,750 square feet of living area, including a private pool and an enclosed patio. Also, the master bedroom has its own hot tub.

Since the first floor has a convertible sofa, and roll-away beds are available from the Westin, we can recommend this villa for as many as eight adults and two children.

Here are some highlights of this three-bedroom unit:

• It is fully air conditioned; the first and second floors have independent thermostats
• Fully-furnished first floor includes a 32-inch TV with cable service, a VCR, AM/FM radio, and CD player
• Each bedroom has a California king-size bed, clothes closet, chest of drawers, and a 32-inch TV.
• Baths on both floors have marble-tiled floor and shower, a hair dryer, and linens that are replaced twice-weekly
• A private patio (see photos) with a pool and waterfall. Patio is also furnished with an umbrella-canopied table with four chairs.
• A shaded bar with stools is on the patio just outside the kitchen. Opening the kitchen windows allows meals to be placed directly onto the patio bar.
• Marble-tiled kitchen includes: interior bar with three stools; glasses, dishes, and tableware for eight; microwave oven; stove and conventional oven; refrigerator with icemaker; toaster, coffee maker, and blender; complete set of pots, pans, and bowls for food preparation
• Clothes washer and dryer
